"UBI JUS IBI REMEDIUM"

Ubi Jus Ibi Remedium is a Latin legal maxim which means "where there is a right there is a remedy". The basic principle contemplated in the maxim is that, when a person's right is violated the victim will have an equitable remedy under law. The maxim also states that the person whose right is being infringed has a right to enforce the infringed right through any action before a court. All law courts are also guided with the same principle of Ubi Jus Ibi Remedium.

Therefore, if you feel you have been wronged in any way, do not hesitate to intimate your lawyer, you never can tell; you just might have a CAUSE OF ACTION. For instance if your neighbor likes playing excessive loud music in a residential neighborhood, you can get an injunction restraining such neighbour from the continued act of nuisance. Sound has reasonability, and this is measured using decibels.

However, bringing actions is within the confines of  a CAUSE OF ACTION, meaning you may not bring frivolous, scandalous and vexatious actions in court, as one may stand the risk of bearing the cost of action, or paying damages for inconvenience against the other party.

With God, there is NO LIMIT to the wrong that CHRIST can remedy. PRECIOUS BLOOD has been shed for you. what is morality to man, is christ with GOD. Luke 5:32 says  "I have come to call not those who think they are righteous, but those who know they are sinners and need to repent."
